Here are four easy steps to clean out your jar, along with some ideas to spark your creativity and breathe new life into your beautifully cleaned jar!

Removing the label
Remove the label (If you would like a minimal appearance)
Our labels are simple to remove and should only leave minimal residue. Just simply peel the label off the front of your jar and use warm water and a cloth to remove any left over glue.
Clearing out the wax
Freeze it!
One of the simplest ways to remove wax from your candle jar is the freezer method! Place your candle in the freezer for about 2 hours or until frozen. The wax will contract and become brittle in the freezer.
Take the candle out of the freezer and flip it upside down over some kitchen paper. The wax should pop out. If the wax needs some help, you can use a butter knife or a spoon along the edges to help separate the wax from your jar. You can also break it up to make it even easier and it will come out in pieces.
Alternatively Pop the kettle on
If you would like a faster method, Boil enough water to fill your jar, then carefully pour the water into your jar, wait for the wax to lift up. You may want to use an oven mitt to hold the jar while stirring the water until the remaining wax has melted from the sides.
Allow the water to cool before throwing out the wax and draining the leftover water.
Wash it out
Now all you need to do I wash out the inside of the jar with some hot soapy water and you're all done!
