Terms and Conditions

By purchasing an item from our online store, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions that are contained within this document.

Online Purchases

 

We take extra care to ensure that all product details displayed are correct at the time when the information is entered onto the system.

 

Whilst we do our absolute best to display our items as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the colour you may see on your digital monitor is an accurate representation of the the goods that you are purchasing.

 

Our promotions and offers change frequently and are only available against the products which are stated. One promotional code may be used per order. We reserve the right to retract and/or change any offers and promotions at our own discretion, at any given time. Discount codes cannot be applied after the order and payment have been received.

We reserve the right to reject any order that is placed with us. For example, your order may be rejected if we suspect that you intend to resell our products as part of a commercial business. Orders placed on our website are for domestic purposes only.

On the rare occasion we may not be able to accept your order due to the item ordered being out of stock or if there is an error with the product pricing or description. We will also not be able to accept your order if your payment cannot be authorised.

Pricing

All of the prices on this website are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery costs will be added at checkout.

Order Processing

​

All orders will be processed within 7-10 business days. We will aim to have all order shipped before this date, but we cannot always guarantee this. We operate Monday to Friday, so any order placed over the weekend will not start processing until Monday. This also applies to Public Holidays.

 

Delivery

 

On completing your purchase you will be required to pay £3.95 for delivery. Your order will be shipped Royal Mail or Hermes. We estimate that once shipped your order will take between 3-4 days however this is an estimated timescale and cannot be guaranteed. There is a possibility that our items may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control such as a courier delay.

Postage costs may change at any time.

We currently only ship our products within the UK. 

 

We offer free delivery to all orders over £55. If an order qualifying for free delivery is altered and falls below £50, we reserve the right to charge postage on the new order total.

Invoice

​

Once  your order has been placed, you will receive an email notification containing your invoice within three working days.

 

Order Cancellation

 

If you wish to cancel an order you have placed with us you must contact us immediately by e-mailing contact@thewaxleafcandleco.co.uk.

 

We do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged. We may also request visual evidence of the damage. This is also to ensure that our products are always shipped to the highest standard.

 

We reserve the right to change prices, postage charges and the terms and conditions at our discretion and without prior notice.

RETURN POLICY

 

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at contact@thewaxleafcandleco.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. Please Note • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. • if the fault is that of The Wax Leaf Candle Co we will provide return shipping
